This drink is made of few foods that are perfect for weight loss.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- a handful of mint (or parsley, optionally)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation:
Peel the avocado and cut into chunks. Keep the honey and ginger aside, and blend the rest of the ingredients together. After you have done this, add the honey and ginger, and stir well. You can also add some water to adjust the consistency.
Drink the cocktail every morning before you eat or drink anything.
